Classic Waffles

 A beautiful, crispy waffle ideal for breakfast



Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups warm milk
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

The first step
Set aside the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a large mixing basin. Preheat the waffle maker to the appropriate temperature.

Step 2 Beat the eggs in a separate basin. Mix in the milk, butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir until combined.

Step 3 Pour the batter into a hot waffle iron. Cook the waffles until they are golden brown and crunchy. Serve right away.
